Team, roles and permissions

Invite teammates and control what each person can see and do.

Running an event is a team sport. The Team page in your organisation settings is where you bring people in and shape what each of them can do, from a promoter partner who manages everything to a designer who only needs the media library.

Invite a member

Hit Invite Member, enter their email address and pick a role, then Send Invite. The invite arrives by email; if it goes astray you can copy the invite link and send it yourself, and any pending invite can be resent or revoked from the same page.

Organisation roles

Every member has one organisation-wide role:

  • Owner: the person who created the organisation. There is exactly one, and ownership can be transferred to another member (the previous owner becomes an admin).
  • Admin can manage the team and create events.
  • Member can edit content on events they have access to.
  • Viewer can view events they have access to.

Per-event access

Members and viewers see only the events they have been given access to. Each member's Event Access control grants or revokes specific events, with a per-event role of manager, contributor or viewer, so a tour manager can run one event flat out without seeing the rest of your calendar.

Fine-grained permissions

Beyond roles, every member has a Permissions panel that switches individual tools on or off. The console adapts to it: someone without access to a tool simply does not see it in their sidebar. Owners and admins keep every capability, including sensitive ones like locking the lineup.

If your team changes shape, you can change a member's role, adjust their event access or permissions, or remove them at any time.
