Your press kit
One page with your bio, music, photos and booking details, ready to share.
Your press kit (EPK) is one page that carries everything a booker needs: your bio, music, photos, social links and booking details. Once your profile is claimed, it builds itself from what you add, and you decide exactly who sees it.
If you have not claimed your profile yet, start with Claim your artist profile.
Fill it
- Press Kit is where your media lives: upload press photos, and add videos and documents like riders. You can also link out to media hosted elsewhere.
- Music: paste a Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube or Mixcloud link, give it a title, and it appears on your press kit as an embedded player.
- Profile feeds the rest: your bio, genres, location, social links, booking contact, fee range and performance preferences all come from there, so keeping your profile current keeps your press kit current.
Photos sent to you by promoters
A promoter who has retouched one of your press shots, usually to match the look of their event, can send it back to you. It appears at the top of your Press Kit page for you to review, and nothing changes until you accept it.
Accepting is where you choose what actually happens: add it to your press kit, make it your profile photo, or both. While the event is still ahead of you there is a third choice, making a profile change temporary, so your usual photo returns by itself the day after the event ends. If you change your photo yourself in the meantime, your choice wins and nothing is reverted behind your back.
Declining takes one click, and you can add a note if you want to tell them why.
Share it
Share Press Kit creates share links you control. Each link is named for its recipient (say, a venue's booking team), can be password-protected, and can be revoked on its own at any time, so pulling one link never breaks the others. Recipients see a clean public page with your biography, links, press photos and music; no account needed on their end.
You choose what the page includes. Visibility toggles on your profile control whether the press kit is live at all and whether it shows your ticket-sales track record, which you can also share with organisers separately.
Beyond the press kit
- Your dashboard shows the press kit's status at a glance: live or off, how many press photos it holds and how many share links are active, plus prompts to finish anything missing.
- Photos you approve can also be used by the promoters who book you, in their lineup announcements and social posts.
- If your profile is set to public and discoverable, you also get a shareable public bio page with your photo, bio, genres and links.
