Build and publish your lineup
Stages, set times and billing on one board, from first booking to going live.
The Lineup Builder lays your stages out as columns on a shared time axis: every set is a card placed at its start time, sized by its length, so clashes and dead air are visible at a glance. Nothing you do here is public until you publish.
Build the bill
Add Artist searches your organisation's artist database; adding an act links it rather than duplicating it, and if a match exists in the global catalogue you can link that instead of creating a copy. From the same place you can create a new artist, build a back-to-back set (two or more artists sharing one slot, shown as "A b2b B"), or drop in a placeholder ("TBA", "Headliner TBC") to hold a slot until the booking lands; dragging an artist onto a placeholder later fills it in place, keeping its stage and time. There is also a CSV import for pasting a whole schedule, which previews every row before anything is written. It links an act only when its name matches exactly, either on your roster or in the global catalogue (tick or untick each catalogue match; ticked ones join your roster). A billing like "A b2b B" becomes one back-to-back set when every act on it is known, and a trailing "DJ set" or "Live" becomes the set's note rather than part of the name. Anything else imports as a placeholder you can fill later.
Schedule it
Drag cards between stages and into open slots; gaps of fifteen minutes or more show as dashed Open Slot blocks you can fill directly. Set times and lengths are edited on the card in 15-minute steps or typed exactly; on a phone, tap a card to open the slot editor instead. When you move or extend a set, the sets below it on that stage reflow around the change, and you can pin an individual set's time so nothing ever moves it.
Multi-day events get a tab per day, and late-night sets count towards the festival day they belong to: a 1am set on Saturday's bill stays on Saturday. Each day's doors and curfew are editable right in the toolbar, and each stage has its own open and close times (with per-day overrides). Sets cannot start before the stage opens, and two sets can never overlap on a stage; if you drop a set into a space that is too small, the builder offers to shorten it to fit.
Lock it
Once the running order is final, Lock freezes the lineup: nobody, including admins, can add, remove, reorder or retime anything until it is unlocked. Locking is a permission in its own right, so you decide who holds the key. Publishing still works while locked, since publishing a frozen lineup is the natural last step.
Publish it
The board is a private draft that autosaves as you work. A status pill tells you where you stand: Not published, Unpublished changes, or Published with how long ago. Publish pushes the current lineup to your public site and the attendee app; artists whose published set times changed are notified, and attendees with the old schedule get updates. Edit freely afterwards and Republish when ready.
Share it with your artists
Below the board, Share with your artists creates a public, event-branded page where each artist finds themselves on the lineup and claims or updates their profile. Drop the link into your advancing email or group chat. Enable it once you are happy for the lineup to circulate (anyone with the link can discover the bill by searching it), and regenerate or disable the link at any time.
