Promote your event on social
Connect your channels, write once, and publish everywhere from one composer.
Grofomo composes a post once and fans it out across your channels, keeps a calendar of what is coming, and logs what actually went out. Three places do the work: the Announcement Studio composes, Campaign plans, and Publishing records.
Connect your channels
An owner or admin connects accounts under Settings, then Social Accounts. Grofomo supports Meta (which picks up your Facebook Pages and any linked Instagram Business accounts in one step), Instagram on its own, Threads, X, TikTok, YouTube and Mixcloud. Connecting sends you to that platform to authorise and brings you straight back.
Accounts live in a shared pool at organisation level, and you assign them to the events that should use them. Each account shows the state of its connection, counting down when access is about to lapse and offering Reconnect when it has expired or been revoked, which matters because an expired token quietly stops a scheduled post from going out.
Write once, publish everywhere
New Announcement opens the Announcement Studio. You write one master post with your text and media on the left, and the right shows exactly how it will look on each channel you switch on: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, email, WhatsApp and your website's news page. Channels you have not connected are greyed out with a prompt to connect them.
Publish Live either goes now or schedules for a date and time you pick, and you choose which specific accounts it lands on.
What posts automatically, and what does not
The studio publishes to Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Threads, X and TikTok can be connected today but are not publishing destinations yet, and Mixcloud uploads happen from the audio tools rather than here.
Some things platforms simply do not allow anyone to automate, so instead of failing silently Grofomo prepares them for you. After publishing, a short finish up checklist offers your media to download and your caption to copy, with a button that opens the right place to paste it: adding the post as an Instagram Story, and posting to your Facebook group and Facebook event. Save those two links once and the checklist reuses them.
The campaign feed
Campaign is the calendar view: everything you have announced or generated, grouped by week, with the event week highlighted. It is where you see the shape of your promo run rather than a pile of individual posts. It is also the home of paid advertising, covered separately in Run paid ads.
Run Spotlight Generator builds one post per artist on your lineup, each with its own artwork and a caption written in your brand voice, with headliners scheduled nearest the event and support acts stepping back from it. From a card you can edit the caption, call to action and timing, approve it, render the artwork, and send it to the artist so it lands in their promo kit ready to reshare.
Spotlights are a planning and artwork tool rather than an autopilot: approving and scheduling one lines it up for you to take through the studio, it does not fire on its own.
Publishing
Publishing is the delivery log. A vertical timeline runs from what is scheduled, through a live queue, to what published and what failed, with the current moment marked. One announcement to three accounts is one batch, and if two succeed and one fails you see exactly that rather than a single misleading verdict.
Failures can be retried from here, any post can be reused as the starting point for a new one, and posts from earlier editions of a series are kept below for reference.
