Make artwork and video
Templates, a design canvas, clip editing and per-artist announcement graphics.
Creative Studio turns your event data and brand into finished artwork: fill in a few fields and render a graphic or video, or build something from scratch. Everything you make lands in your media library, ready to post.
Start from a template
The template library covers the posts events actually need: lineup posters and announcements, artist announcements, set times, countdowns, save the dates, ticket tiers going fast, competitions, testimonials, weather, stage spotlights and more. Each renders at story, square or landscape size.
Open one and you get a live preview beside the fields that drive it. Fill in the text, pick media, and switch between an image or a video version; video backgrounds can be trimmed and their audio toggled. Render produces the finished file and adds it to your media library with a download link. Templates borrow your logo, colours and fonts automatically, so everything comes out on brand.
The social launch kit is the quickest win of all: ready-sized covers and profile pictures for Facebook and Instagram, plus launch posts in each platform's preferred shape, each available dated or evergreen.
Design something original
The Design Canvas tab inside Creative Studio is a free-form editor. Add text, call-to-action pills, your logo, the date, the venue, and live elements that fill themselves in from your event: ticket tiers, the lineup and a countdown. Drag things around with alignment guides, restyle them in the inspector, and give each element its own timing so the design animates. Describe what you want in the AI box to get a draft to start from, or explode an existing template into editable pieces.
Exports come out as video, and any design can be saved as your own template to reuse.
Cut a clip
Clip Studio turns footage into a reel. Import media or pull from your library, add text and branded scenes, then work on a timeline: split at the playhead, reorder, set transitions, add a colour grade and a soundtrack. There is an AI edit box for plain-language instructions like tightening the intro or ending on a ticket call to action. Finished clips export as video and can be dropped straight into your campaign.
For audio specifically, the Clips area holds your track library and an audio splitter that cuts a long recording into segments: paste a tracklist or set split points by hand, name and fade each segment, then download them or upload straight to a connected Mixcloud account. Splitter drafts are temporary, so export anything you want to keep before you navigate away.
Announcement graphics for your artists
Lineup Overlays solves the job of making one graphic per artist. Design a single master, and every artist on your lineup inherits it with their own photo, name, role and set time. Previews are exactly what gets delivered, so what you see is what they get. You can apply one artist's treatment to everybody and then fix individuals, and choose square, portrait or vertical video output.
Send to artists delivers them, showing you who can be reached in the app, who needs an email, and who has no contact details yet. Leave the caption blank and each artist gets a personalised one with their set time added. Afterwards you can see who opened theirs and who actually reshared it.
Your media library
My Media holds everything: what you have uploaded, what Grofomo has rendered, brand assets and photos your attendees have shared. Filter by type, star the shots you keep coming back to, select several at once to download them, or send a selection straight into the Announcement Studio as a new post.
Two extras are worth knowing. Attendee uploads arrive in a review queue for you to approve before they join your library. And if your event is part of a series, you can browse previous editions and adopt anything worth reusing.
Keep a swipe file
The Inspiration board is where you collect what other events are doing: paste a link and it fetches the post, upload your own reference, or pull from your library, then tag things by phase, format and purpose so the board is still useful when you are actually writing the campaign. Some accounts can also forward emails straight onto the board.
