Claim your artist profile

Take ownership of the profile promoters see, and keep it yours everywhere.

When a promoter books you on Grofomo, they create a profile for you: your name, photo, genres and links, as they know them. Claiming that profile on artists.grofomo.com makes it yours: you own it, updates you make reach every promoter who links to you, and you choose which details promoters can still edit.

Three ways in

  • An invitation from a promoter. Organisers can send you a claim link by email, or pass it to you directly. Invite links expire after 30 days, so if yours has lapsed, ask for a fresh one.
  • An event's lineup page. Promoters can share a "Find yourself on the lineup" page for their event. Search your act name and tap This is me. If the promoter has your email on file, your claim link is sent to that address; otherwise you go straight through to claim.
  • Search for yourself. Go to Find your profile on artists.grofomo.com and search your act name, no invitation needed.

What claiming looks like

The flow is three steps: Account, Your profile, Done.

  1. Account. Create a free account (or sign in if you have one). Your account can hold more than one act.
  2. Your profile. Review what the promoter entered and edit anything before you claim: act name, artist type, photo, bio, genres, location, and your links and socials (Instagram, Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube, Mixcloud and more, each checked as you type).
  3. Done. Hit Claim profile and you are in.

A claim from a promoter's invitation is instant. If you found the profile yourself, the Grofomo team reviews the claim first and emails you when it is approved; you can follow progress, and message the review team, under My Claims. If someone else has already claimed a profile that is rightfully yours, you can dispute it: you will be asked to explain why the profile is yours, and the team will review the evidence.

What you get

Your dashboard is the command centre for your act:

  • Profile: the public information organisers and fans see, plus booking details (contact, fee range, availability), performance preferences, riders, and visibility controls, including your own vanity URL.
  • Press Kit: photos, videos and documents in one page, with your bio, music and links. Photo uploads are free.
  • Music: paste a Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube or Mixcloud link and it appears in your press kit.
  • Share Press Kit: create named share links for specific recipients, optionally password-protected, and revoke any of them whenever you like.
  • Promote: promo graphics that event organisers have prepared for you, ready to download and post.

Where your profile appears

Every promoter who links to your profile sees your latest details in their lineup tools, so you update once and it lands everywhere. If you switch your profile to public, you also get a shareable bio page on grfm.to with your photo, bio, genres and links.
