Send a ticket to someone else

Give everyone in your group their own QR code so nobody queues behind one phone.

If you bought tickets for other people, send each of them their own. They get their own QR code and wallet pass by email, they can arrive separately, and nobody has to wait at the gate while one phone is passed down the queue.

How to send one

  1. Open the manage page for your order: use the Send tickets to friends link in your confirmation email, or find your tickets and choose View tickets on the order.
  2. Find the ticket you want to pass on and choose Send to a friend (or Send to someone else if it already has a name on it).
  3. Add their email address, along with their first and last name if you have them, and choose Send ticket.

They receive their own confirmation email straight away, complete with their own QR code, wallet passes and printable PDF. Your copy of that ticket stops working the moment you send it, which is what keeps the ticket count honest, so there is no need to delete anything.

You keep control of the order, so if you send a ticket to the wrong address you can simply send it on again to the right one.

What cannot be sent

  • A ticket that has already been scanned in. Once someone has entered with it, it stays with them.
  • A cancelled or refunded ticket.
  • Tickets on an order that is not fully paid, including a payment plan still in progress.

Recipients cannot pass their ticket on again: only you, as the buyer, can move tickets around the order. That is also the answer to a wrong name on a ticket, since sending it to the right person replaces the name along with the QR code.
